WELLNESS BRAND SOCIAL CAMPAIGN
A launch campaign for a startup dental practice built around whole-body wellness.
This project involved planning and designing a month of social content to launch a new dental practice into its local market. The campaign combined carousel posts and single image posts to establish the new practice’s voice: a whole body wellness approach. Content was paced to build familiarity with their target audience before focusing on anything transactional.

PROJECT BREAKDOWN
-
A brand new dental practice with no social proof or existing audience. Potential patients had no way to know who this office was, what made their approach different, or whether they could trust a provider they'd never heard of. The practice needed to introduce its doctor, its philosophy, and its space, while also answering practical questions new patients might have—all within a single month. The goal was to focus on trust, not a hard sell.
-
I mapped their first month around a simple arc: first make the office and doctor familiar, then build credibility through testimonials, then close gaps with answers to common questions. Carousel posts were used to unpack the practice's whole body wellness philosophy in digestible steps, while single image posts kept the feed grounded in real, everyday moments of the office. Each post was written to sound like an introduction, not an advertisement.
-
This campaign gave a brand new dental practice a complete, cohesive identity from day one, rather than the piecemeal presence most new offices start with. Patients had a clear sense of who they'd be walking in to see, what the practice stood for, and how the doctor approached care, all before ever booking an appointment. This project reinforced how a strong first month of content can do the early trust building that would otherwise fall entirely on an in-person visit.
